The Programs
Individual coaching, teams or group workshops, corporate programs, and a self-paced online course supported by an online community and regular collective coaching calls. All but the online course are available in fully on-site, fully online or hybrid format, and can be customized to your specific needs, to fit your context and budget.
Coaching is one-to-one, built entirely around your situation. Workshops are for teams with a shared methodology, applied to a group with shared goals. Corporate programs are scaled versions, often with multiple cohorts, custom content.
The right answer depends on two things: how many people you're trying to develop, and how much time they have. Book a free call and we'll tell you honestly, including if one of our programs isn't the right fit.
Book a free callIt depends on your goal and situation and can range anywhere from 1 to 7 sessions. A TEDx talk typically takes 4–7 sessions. Executive coaching for a board presentation can be 2–3 sessions. Individual coaching delivered alongside a group workshop is usually 1–2 sessions.
Teams and corporate programs usually run between 1 and 3 days + refresher.
Yes. All programs are available in French, English, or bilingual. Damien is a native French speaker, former student of International School in Ferney-Voltaire, and fluent in both languages.
Yes. All formats, including coaching, workshops, corporate programs, are available in online, presential, or hybrid format. The hybrid format (online modules + live workshop, minimizing travel and time constraints) is our recommendation for most corporate clients.
Yes. Most training fail because of a lack of practice after the sessions. Our standard methodology includes a dedicated refresher session a few weeks after training. This approach maintains motivation, anchors core competencies, and delivers high retention rates that remain visible a year later.
The Method
The IS Method is a structured approach to communication built around three pillars: Clarity (message architecture), Presence (physical and vocal delivery), and Connection (nervousness and audience engagement). It is designed for analytical minds and experts, people who are excellent at what they do but haven't been taught to communicate it the way it deserves.
TEDx coaches typically help you craft one talk for one event. The IS Method teaches you a transferable system, so that every presentation, every pitch, every meeting becomes more effective. Damien does coach TEDx speakers, but the method extends far beyond any single talk.
Toastmasters gives you a laboratory to put in reps. The IS Method gives you a system useful in any situation. Repetition without structure can reinforce bad habits. We built a method optimized for professional high-stakes contexts, not public speech competitions.
No. And that's by design. Generic "TED voice" is one of the things we work to avoid. The IS Method helps you sound like the clearest, most confident version of yourself, not a formulaic stereotype. Even if you are preparaing for a TEDx talk, you still need to sound like you.
Most communication training focuses on nerves, slides, or delivery tips. We start with structure, because a well-structured message is easier to deliver, easier to remember, and easier to act on. The structure comes first. Everything else follows.
No. Charisma and confidence are results, not requirements. What you need is a clear message and a will to step out of your comfort zone.
Most participants notice the first changes during the first session, because the structure is immediately applicable. The deeper changes in delivery take more time to become default, which is why the hybrid format and follow-up sessions matter. Most participants see profound changes by the end of the training, with strong skills retention a year later.
The core framework is adapted from top consulting firm frameowrks, storytelling researches, acting theory and practice, combined with first-hand consulting and acting experience. More specifically, the method is based on McKinsey's and Barbare Minto pyramid and MECE famework, Campbell's research on storytelling and the Hero's Journey, cognitive psychology and neuroscience. It is reinforced by works of Harvard on negociation and leadership management, Chris anderson on Storytelling and TED-Style presentations, and Dale Carnegie on Communication. Furthermore, it is completed with theory and practice on acting, such as the work of Constantin Stanislaski, Yoshi Oida, or Peter Brook. But the best evidence is empirical: 700+ professionals trained, 4.7/5 average satisfaction, and programs renewed five consecutive times.
Working with Damien
No. The methodology works for anyone who communicates, at any level. The most common client profile is someone in a high-visibility role who needs to be at their best in a specific situation, or someone who is getting promotted in a role where communication is a central part. That can be a young analyst preparing for their first client presentation, or a C-suite executive preparing for a major shareholder meeting.
For 1:1 coaching, you work directly with Damien. For larger corporate programs, Damien designs and leads the program, with the option of associate facilitators for large groups.
Yes, of course. Confidentiality is standard practice.
Damien maintains a deliberately small 1:1 coaching roster to ensure full attention and responsiveness for each client. For corporate programs, the model scales through program design and facilitation.
Corporate & Teams Programs
Although there is not theoretical minimum, the typical number of participants is 6–8 for teams or small group workshops and 10–60+ for larger corporate programs.
We adapt the program's content and activities to cater for larger groups, possibly adding associate facilitators to support Damien. That way, we have been able to deliver masterclasses for up to 200+ participants.
Yes. We have run programs with cohorts spread across Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, China, Singapore, Dubai, and the USA simultaneously. Remote and hybrid formats make multi-country rollout straightforward.
We use pre/post self-assessment surveys, participant satisfaction scores (typically 4.6–4.9/5), and qualitative feedback collected 30 to 90 days post-program.
For some clients we also co-design business-impact metrics tied to specific communication goals.
Yes. We frequently work alongside other development programs such as leadership academies, management training, integation seminars, high-potentials or fast-tracker programs. Communication skills are a multiplier for every other part of the curriculum. We're comfortable designing a module that fits into an existing framework or running as a standalone program.
Online & Hybrid

It includes exercises, templates, and case examples, as well as access to the online community and regular collective coaching calls.
Yes. You can complete it at your own pace. Most people finish in 4–8 weeks.
Yes, absolutely. There's a course + coaching bundle and special discount on all our programs for online course participants. Contact us and we'll set it up.
For structure work: yes. For delivery and presence: it depends. Video-based delivery practice can be very effective if done with discipline. The hybrid format, combining online sessions, self-paced modules, and in-person touchpoints, consistently outperforms pure online for most clients.
A stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and a quiet room with enough space for you to stand up for practice.
We use video conferencing tools you're already familiar with (MS Teams or Zoom), and Miro as digital whiteboarding solution for remote work session. No special software and no installation required.
It is a modern approach to cater for the modern ways of working and global workplace. By combining online sessions, self-paced learning and live workshops, the format makes the most out of every modality, minimizing travel while maintaining quality.
A typical hybrid program features an online kickoff and introductory webinar; self-paced online modules for theory, framework, and template explanation; live face-to-face on-site workshop sessions for real life practice and delivery coaching; and a follow-up online refresher session to anchor knowledge.
For 1:1 coaching, recording practice during sessions is standard, so you can see your own progress. For group programs, recording policy depends on the client's preference.
