Who we are

Impactful Speaking is operated by Damien Gauthier through Alice in W, a Swiss association based in Lausanne, Switzerland. This policy applies to impactfulspeaking.com and all forms on it.

What data we collect and why

We only collect data you provide directly through our forms:

• Name and email address — to send you the resource you requested (workbook, guide) and, if you opted in, occasional articles and updates.
• Phone and company — optional fields on coaching inquiry forms, used only to respond to your request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we process and store it

Form submissions are sent via Infomaniak (Swiss hosting and email infrastructure). A log of submissions is stored on the same server for operational purposes. Infomaniak's data centers are located in Switzerland.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, referral sources, general location). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or a tool like Google's opt-out add-on.

Bot protection

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent automated form abuse. reCAPTCHA operates under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your rights

Under Swiss nFADP and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us here.

Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time via the contact page.
