Impactful Speaking teaches the IS Method — a structured communication framework
built on three learnable pillars: Clarity, Presence, and Connection. It is designed
for analytical minds who need to present complex ideas with authority in boardrooms,
on stage, and in client meetings. The method is not about becoming a better performer;
it is about building a reliable architecture for communication that works under pressure.

## Founder

Damien Gauthier — PhD in Applied Mathematics (EPFL, Lausanne), professional actor and
director (25+ years of stage work), TEDx coach (20+ talks coached to the stage at
TEDxLausanne and others), innovation consultant, UX designer. He created the IS Method
after observing that experts consistently fail to communicate their value — not because
of nerves or charisma, but because of a missing structural framework.

## The IS Method

Three pillars:
- Clarity: audience-message mapping, argument selection, structuring complex information
- Presence: voice, body, breath, pace — learnable techniques that create authority
